July Work in progress showings

ONLY 5 CHANCES TO SEE WHAT WE ARE WORKING ON FOR MACBETH

Rapid Descent are taking part in two work in progress seasons where you can see some of the innovative and exciting work we are making based on Shakespeare’s Macbeth.

We have been working for the last two months on this material, which combines Shakespeare’s text with singing and live trumpet as well as loop station and movement and we are really excited to share it with audiences.

Both events have VERY LIMITED SEATING so please book in advance! The first is Factory Parts, a great evening where you will also get to see work by two other Bay Area Theatre companies- Fools FURY and Ragged Wing.

8pm July 18th, 20th and 25th.

We are in program B.

It is the mission of Rapid Descent Physical Performance Company to expand our own and our audiences’ perspectives on theater. The company places equal and vigorous emphasis on movement, live music and text. Anchored by story and narrative the virtuosic combination of these elements results in our razor sharp popular productions.
